TERMS AND CONDITIONS
After receiving confirmation of your booking, TC Holidays will issue a confirmation email with pricing and itinerary details. Please review the itinerary (including accommodation and venue inclusions) carefully.
For Travel Agents, on receipt of your passenger list at 30 days, an invoice will be sent to you. Any rooms no longer needed by the group will be released. Any passengers who wish to be added after this time will be on a ‘on request’ basis.
Some third party operators may require deposits which will be advised at the time of booking.
Final Payment and Documentation
Full payment will be due within 24 hours of receiving your confirmation email. If payment has not been received within this time we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
Once final payment has been received, all relevant documentation will be sent to you 2 – 3 weeks prior to departure.
Payment can be made by electronic transfer, direct deposit, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Bankcard). Payment by credit card will incur a merchant fee of 2.0% for Visa, MasterCard and Bankcard (subject to change without notice).

Any amendments made after confirmation of your booking, including those made whilst on tour, may incur cancellation fees.
Cancellation fees may be incurred depending on the circumstances, i.e. some hotels impose fees for late cancellations.
Solo travelers will be required to pay the single supplement in addition to the twin share cost of the tour.
Triple rooms – In triple share rooms, the third bed may be a ‘fold-away’, ‘sofa-bed’ or ‘roll-away’. Triple rooms are subject to availability and may only be confirmed on receipt of your rooming list, 30 days prior to arrival.
In Group Charter Tours, luggage is limited to one medium size suitcase per person, the sum of its length/width and depth not to exceed 140cm (56”) plus an overnight bag (airline bag size) which may be carried on board the coach. Maximum weight of all luggage is not to exceed 20kg (40lbs).
The tour operators are required by strict Government vehicle weight regulations to enforce and adhere to this limit. If your luggage exceeds this limit, we ask that you make alternative arrangements for the excess to be forwarded to the termination point of your tour.
Please note we suggest you have wheels on your suitcase, as there are certain places where assistance may not be available (e.g. railway station and cruise terminal).
Changes to Program
Tour programs could be changed or re-routed due to natural causes or unavoidable other conditions which are beyond our control. Such changes will be done in consultation with guests locally as and when required for the best interest of the guests and for their safety and comfort.
• The rates quoted are net and includes all taxes & service charges at the hotels on booked basis.
